Research & Evaluation Role
Children's Ground is a First Nations organisation dedicated to driving systems change and promoting dignity, justice, and equity for all children and families.
The Children's Ground Approach focuses on developing a whole of community, whole of life approach that prioritises First Nations knowledge systems and practice. Over the course of a generation, this approach will create and deliver an integrated system centred on learning, development, and wellbeing, responding to the child and their family through key transition points from pre-birth to young adulthood.
This role recognises the cultural, social, and economic strength of our communities and builds on this over a generation to ensure a future for our children and grandchildren that gives them freedom, opportunity, and rights to their culture and identity.
* A First Nations person with relevant degree/qualification in research & evaluation is sought, requiring experience and confidence in report writing, having demonstrated experience in undertaking literature reviews and evidence scans.
* A good knowledge of evaluation and research approaches is essential, as well as the capability to design and implement monitoring, evaluation, and research approaches.
* Strong MS programs skills and an understanding of First Nations evaluation and data sovereignty are required.
* As a team player with collaborative skills, you will be able to plan and organise your workload around timelines.
This role contributes to supporting Children's Ground leading practice in First Nations data, research, and evaluation sovereignty, as well as working with R&E teams in shared office environments to support growth and development.
