Key Responsibilities:
* Lead generation: Proactively conduct outbound calls (cold calling) to potential and existing customers to identify their document solution needs
* Promote Kyocera's cutting‑edge products and solutions with enthusiasm and expertise
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to drive business growth
* Maintain and update customer data in the CRM with accuracy and attention to detail
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance customer engagement and ensure CRM data integrity
What We're Looking For:
* We are looking for someone who embodies our core philosophies of: 'possessing a fighting spirit', 'always being creative' and 'doing the right thing as a human being'
* At least 12 months of experience in customer service or outbound calling environments. Call centre experience is highly valued
* Confident and professional phone manner that builds strong customer relationships
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet targets effectively
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Proactive team player with problem‑solving skills
