We are seeking a Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and achieving set sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional and personalised service to customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
* Achieve set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Participate in in-house training to maintain up-to-date product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures
* Contribute to operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping
