Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team, dedicated to delivering high-quality evidence-based clinical care services for children and youth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in mental health and alcohol and drug use, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The purpose of this role is to contribute to the provision of comprehensive, integrated, and person-centred care services, focusing on early intervention and support of young people up to the age of 25. This includes addressing service gaps for the 'missing middle' by enhancing accessibility and integrating primary mental health care, psychosocial support, and early intervention.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing high-quality clinical care services to children and youth, with a focus on early intervention and support.
* Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, integrated, and person-centred care services.
* Developing and maintaining effective relationships with staff, clients, families, friends, and stakeholders.
* Using electronic client/customer management systems, desktop computers, and Microsoft Office applications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse, General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist, or AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker.
* Knowledge and understanding of the theory underpinning evidence-based interventions and clinical practice, as well as demonstrated excellence in the practical application of such, in the areas of mental health and alcohol and drug use.
* Highly developed communication (including written) and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage with people, advocate on their behalf, and establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients, families, friends, and stakeholders.
* Experience in the use of electronic client/customer management systems, ability to use a desktop computer, and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
