**About the role**
In collaboration with the centre-based team as an Educator you will:
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues and the centre community
- Document children's learning and development
- Actively contribute to the implementation of the Aurrum Kids curriculum
**Ideal Background**
- Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
- Good understanding of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Understanding or willingness to learn the Reggio Emilia philosophy
To be successful in the role you will need to provide the following:
- Evidence of Australian working rights (passport, birth certificate, citizenship or current visa)
- Current Working With Children Check
- First Aid Certificate including CPR & A&A
- Evidence of qualifications and any relevant professional education registrations
- Completion of the Pre-Existing Injury Declaration form
