**About the Role**
This role is of key importance to GLG in providing B2B marketing, managing communications and ensuring strength and consistency in all branding and marketing collateral. The Marketing and Communications Specialist oversees all marketing and communications content creation, development and execution to elevate GLG's brand profile and increase awareness of GLG's services to a targeted audience of stakeholders. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and closely involved with internal senior management across Australia, **the role is offered on a 0.8 - 1.0FTE basis**.
**Duties**
- Raise the brand profile of GreenLife Group
- Develop, advise and roll out marketing strategy
- Create and manage content for internal and external communications
- Analyse and report on efficacy of implemented projects including the development of social media analytics reporting tools
- Manage Industry stakeholder relationships
- Provide specialist advice and training to senior management and project teams
- Consult with external agencies to manage photography, graphic design and video requirements
**Skills & Experience**
- Relevant qualification such as Marketing Degree or equivalent
- Proven ability and experience in commercial marketing
- Software skills in the MS suite and marketing tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite and AdWords
- Excellence in business and creative writing, proofing, and editing
- Digital skills and knowledge of social media tools and techniques
