The Role
This role assists with providing an excellent customer service experience through delivery of customised training embedment and other customer service developmental resources for front line customer service officers and leaders.
* Supporting frontline leaders in proving training.
* Identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Developing customised training and educational resources.
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or an equivalent qualification or experience.
