What role will you play?
In this role you will work closely with senior members of both the Real Estate and Real Estate Client Solutions teams globally. You will play a vital role in scaling Macquarie Real Estate's product suite in APAC, performing a wide range of activities across the end‐to‐end life cycle of funds, including building and launching real estate products, closing investors into our vehicles, ongoing investor relations during the fund life and supporting the planning of roadshows to maximise engagement.
* Work closely with senior members of Real Estate and Real Estate Client Solutions teams globally
* Scale Macquarie Real Estate's product suite in APAC
* Build and launch real estate product offerings
* Close investors into our vehicles and manage ongoing investor relations during the fund life
* Develop and evolve investor‐facing materials
* Prepare initial fund models and track relevant investors
* Analyse feedback to identify new opportunities and grow existing client accounts
* Prepare meeting materials and conduct post‐meeting follow‐ups including due diligence responses
* Support roadshow planning to maximise engagement
What You Offer
* 2+ years' experience in real estate fundraising, investor relations, real estate advisory or real estate investment
* An understanding of real estate investment, fund structures and investor requirements
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to succinctly articulate fund strategy, real estate investment strategy, risk/return dynamics and vehicle structures into presentation materials
* Proficiency with financial modelling and fund performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, NAV, distributions)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); some experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
* Commitment to meeting internal and client deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
* Attention to detail in document preparation and data management
