About the Role
We're seeking a motivated Process (Production) Engineer to join our Chlor Alkali Team on a permanent full-time basis in Kemerton, WA.
This role suits someone early in their engineering career, whether you're a recent graduate or have a few years of experience.
You'll join a high-performing team focused on safe, reliable, and efficient chemical production, with a strong culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the process to identify and rectify any process deviations,
Troubleshoot plant deviations and upsets,
Investigate all process upsets and identify actions to prevent recurrence,
Identify, scope, design, and manage improvements through management of change processes,
Assist operations, maintenance, and engineering teams as needed.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
Relevant qualification in Chemical Engineering, or similar Science
Up to three years of post-graduate experience
Positive, can-do attitude with significant initiative
Willingness and curiosity to learn
