Marketing Specialist and Sales Assistant
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist and Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for advertising products through social media and maintaining two websites to a high standard. As a Sales Assistant, you will support our sales teams in our stores, manage inventory, process online orders, contribute to achieving sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining two websites to a high standard
* Product uploading and management
* Designing graphics for in-store and online use
* Content creation and social media maintenance

Responsibilities as a Sales Assistant:
* Assisting with inventory management
* Cash handling and processing payments and returns
* Sales support, up-selling or cross-selling products to customers
* Stocking, merchandising, and maintaining the store's cleanliness and organisation
* Assisting in training new employees and supporting other departments or team members as necessary
* Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, answering questions about merchandise, and handling any complaints or issues they may have.
