We're looking for a Pizza Chef with at least 3 years experience in pizza dough preparation and hand stretching Neapolitan style pizza to join our talented team.
The Role:
* Prepare and hand-stretch dough to create Neapolitan style pizza base, ensuring consistency in size and quality.
* Prepping pizza toppings and additional menu items prepared in the pizza oven
* Monitor and adjust oven temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection
* Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
* Stay knowledgeable about ingredient quality, freshness, and seasonality, ensuring the use of the highest quality ingredients.
* Uphold proper portion control and minimize waste through proper production planning and inventory management.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices at all times.
Must Have's
* 3+ years' experience as a Pizza Chef
* Exposure to a high volume environment
* Must have experience with hand stretching
* Experience preparing pizza dough, hydration knowledge etc.
* Trade qualified (ideally)
* Consistency
* Attention to detail
* Reliable
* Work well with a team
* Positive attitude
* Great work ethic
