Project Coordinator & Scheduler
We are a growing residential and commercial construction company expanding our project workload and delivery systems.
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator & Scheduler to take ownership of scheduling, coordination, and communication across multiple construction projects.
This is a key role within our team, working closely with our Building Supervisor to ensure projects run on time, stakeholders are aligned, and systems are effectively managed through Buildertrend.
Salary
$80,000 – $90,000 super (depending on experience)
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage and maintain project schedules from start to completion
* Work closely with the Building Supervisor to plan and prioritise upcoming works
* Coordinate trades and suppliers to keep projects running on time
* Take ownership of Buildertrend scheduling, documentation, and project communication
* Communicate clearly with clients, trades, and suppliers throughout each stage of the project
* Provide administrative support to project and management teams, including preparation and processing of purchase orders based on estimates and approved quotations
* Support trade procurement and general project coordination activities
* Support internal team compliance by ensuring completion of daily logs, timesheets, site photos, and project checklists, and assisting with WHS procedures and site requirements
About You
* Experience in construction coordination, scheduling, or project administration
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination, scheduling, or project administration
* Experience must include both residential and commercial construction sectors
* Experience should be primarily focused on residential construction projects
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with the ability to work with trades, clients, and internal team members
* Able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
* Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction software is highly regarded
* Australian citizenship is required for this position
