We're looking for a highly organised Project Officer to help coordinate trials, projects and team operations for our client, Living Farm.
Based in York, WA, this is primarily an office-based role with a 4-day work week, offering an excellent lifestyle opportunity within a respected agricultural research business.

The Role
This position supports the coordination of research trials, staff schedules and project administration. You'll help ensure projects run on time, staff know their priorities and documentation is accurate and organised.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating staff schedules and weekly work plans
* Tracking trial milestones (sowing, spraying, assessments, harvest)
* Maintaining project records, reports and documentation
* Supporting communication between staff and project leads
* Helping improve systems, workflows and operational processes
About You
You're someone who thrives on organisation, structure and follow-through. You enjoy coordinating people and tasks, and you're comfortable working across multiple projects at once.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in project coordination, scheduling, logistics or administration
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and attention to detail
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
* Ability to learn and support digital systems and processes
* Exposure to agriculture or regional industries is highly regardedAgricultural Science qualifications advantageous
