About the role:
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Work on a range of commercial law matters with a focus on intellectual property, technology, and commercialisation, such as protection of confidential information and trade secrets, as well as copyright matters.
* The role will have elements of dual facing (litigious and transactional).
The ideal candidate:
* Have at least 3+ years PQE and a strong commercial law foundation and experience in intellectual property.
* Strong drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage a varied workload, meet deadlines.
