A prominent hospitality group is seeking a seasoned Lead Financial Strategist to spearhead their financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive financial strategy, ensuring robust cash flow management and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Strategy Development: Design and implement a financial strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and goals
* Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management processes to ensure liquidity and minimize financial risks
* Procurement Transformation: Manage the procurement process to optimize costs and improve efficiency
* Financial Reporting: Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess:
* Significant experience in multi-site retail, preferably in hospitality or FMCG
* Proficiency in Xero and advanced budgeting tools
* Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
* Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders
