About the role:

- Assist in the day-to-day management of residential complexes and their communities.

- Coordinate building repairs and upkeep by engaging reliable local trades.

- Take part in meetings with owners and strata committees.

- Maintain accurate documentation, including budgets, financial reports and levy tracking.

- Act as a friendly, go-to contact for residents needing support or information.

- Build your skills in creating long-term maintenance and asset plans for the property

**About you:

-** Class 2 Licence or COR highly desirable

- Strata experience preferred, though strong transferable skills are welcomed.

- Grasp of strata legislation and compliance.

- Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties.

- Professional and client-focused in every interaction.
