- Act as a friendly, go-to contact for residents needing support or information.
- Build your skills in creating long-term maintenance and asset plans for the property.
About you:
- Class 2 Licence or COR highly desirable.
- Strata experience preferred, though robust transferable skills are welcomed.
- Grasp of strata legislation and compliance.
- Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple properties.
- Professional and client-focused in every interaction.
