Emerald Carrying Company is seeking reliable, safety-focused and skilled MC Fuel Tanker Drivers to join our transport operations team with our Townsville Depot. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of bulk fuel products, ensuring compliance with dangerous goods regulations, road laws, and company safety standards.

No Fuel Experience. No Problem.
We welcome applications from MC drivers without prior fuel tanker experience. Our comprehensive training program is designed to give you the skills, confidence, and accreditation required to operate safely and professionally as a Fuel Tanker Driver.
The Role
* Hourly rate of $53.04, operating a triple/quad combination
* Load and deliver bulk fuel to remote retail service stations.
* Load and deliver aviation fuel to remote airports
* Load and delivery bulk diesel fuel to remote Department of Defence sites
* Conducting vehicle, trailer, and equipment checks
* Comply with fatigue management, chain of responsibility (CoR), and road transport laws
* Accurately complete delivery documentation and logbooks
* Maintain a high standard of professionalism when dealing with customers and site personnel

* Leave Townsville Depot Monday mornings, working a 5/2 pattern

About You
* Current MC licence (any industry experience is welcomed) with manual driving experience
* Defence Common Access Card (DCAC) licence or a willingness to obtain
* Current Dangerous Goods (DG) licence or a willingness to obtain
* Previous bulk fuel experience is highly provided but not essential
* Safe Load Pass / Basic Fatigue Management Certifications
* Complete training for candidates needing to obtain certifications

- Pre-employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol testing
