We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
\
You will be responsible for:
\

1. Providing personalized care and support to clients in line with their individual needs
\
2. Assisting clients to develop skills and encourage independence
\
3. Attending to clients' personal care needs, including showering, dressing, and daily activities
\
4. Assisting clients with medication requirements
\
5. Working as part of the care team to deliver holistic care
\
6. Supporting clients to live their best lives
\
7. Earn while you learn and gain valuable experience in the aged care sector
\
8. Obtain your Certificate 3 - Individual Support over your first 12 months of employment (valued at $4,000, but at no cost to you with government grants available)
\
9. Plus get real-world practical on-the-job training too
\
10. Entry-level positions are initially paid $32.46 per hour, and shift penalty rates apply
\

22. Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Home & Community Care or willingness to obtain (prior experience in a direct care role will also be considered)

23. Current First Aid & CPR Certificates or willingness to obtain
\
24. Good computer and mobile device skills
\
