The Marketing Manager will
- Optimize and oversee marketing strategies of venues to ensure brand and customer experience is the best across all areas.
- Strategically plan, forecast and implement activities and events that will **grow the brand **acrossall areas of gaming, food and beverage, events and parties.
- **Develop and implement the national marketing campaign**:
- Formulate marketing policies and procedures
- Manage the entire marketing process so must be skilled on both the strategy and 'big picture' side and be up to date with the latest and greatest when it comes to all things about social media related
- Work with Regional Manager's to motivate a team of Venue Managers and staff to deliver outstanding guest experience
- Work with the Operations team to establish new opportunities for venues with local schools, communities and corporates for hosting parties and events
- Optimize **marketing strategies** across venues through campaigns and promotions
- Establish **cross-promotional** opportunities with retail, shopping centres and other relevant businesses
- Develop and maintain an **EDM strategy** ensuring we utilize and build on our current database
- Work with Vendors to create promotional material **including signage, print advertising, social media** and **website content**:
- Maintain and update all **digital platforms** such as website and social media including Facebook and Instagram
- Maintain a well-kept website both functionally and aesthetically
- **Communicate** to senior executives on progress and issues, providing monthly marketing reports to the CEO and Director's.
- Focus on leveraging key events. Through the development of supporting media liaison, branded content opportunities, advertising, event site listings and media collateral
- Identify new **business initiatives & develop strategies** and forecasting support
- Develop and maintain an **EDM strategy** ensuring we utilize and build on our current database
- Investigate lost sales and customer memberships
**About You**:
The successful applicant will have a friendly and outgoing personality, with a can-do attitude, who can work autonomously without distractions to achieve the KPI's in the agreed time frames. You will have good leadership skills, high level of attention to detail and experience in developing and implementing a solid marketing strategy.
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Minimum 5 years' experience as Marketing Manager/Director, Brand Experience Manager or similar senior managerial experience
- Extensive experience in a similar role with a **Multi Venue portfolio**:
- Good understanding and vast experience in establishing **marketing strategies**:
- Proactive in implementing promotions and campaigns
- A keen **interest in marketing automation, data analytics, mobile apps** and the future of this space
- Experience in EMD, **marketing databases**:
- Ability to learn online systems and project management software
- Mid-level design skills and portfolio an advantage (eg: Photoshop)
- Previous advertising / media / marketing experience an advantage
- Experience with paid social media advertising including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram an advantage
- Solid understanding of data analytics, including knowledge of analytics software such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights etc.
- Very high attention to detail and quality control methodologies before content is published
- Well presented, well-spoken and willing to work the extra mile to get the job done
- Strong intellectual curiosity; eager to learn new techniques, tools, and technologies
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
**Salary**: $69,817.78 - $100,000.00 per year
