The Guest Service Generalist will be responsible for completing daily front office and food & beverage functions, ensuring that all owners and guests receive efficient and courteous service.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve food and beverages.
* Perform front desk duties: greet owners and guests, check‐in and check‐out, answer telephone and email inquiries, port luggage, handle cash, balance procedures.
* Deal with tour and travel inquiries/bookings, reservations, and night audit procedures.
* Operate administrative equipment including email, basic Word & Excel documentation, and credit‐card settlement machines.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a food and beverage, café, bar or hotel environment is desirable.
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
* Current Food Safety Certificate.
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiastic, self‐motivated, and positive individual.
* Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
* Ability to work an adaptable roster, including weekends, mornings, evenings, and school holidays across a 7‐day roster.
* Current driver's licence (preferable).
