Position & Profile
While this is a fixed‑term 15‑month maternity cover contract, you will assume a pivotal role as Finance Manager reporting directly to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll take ownership of the full finance function: technical accounting, financial reporting, controls, treasury, cash management and insurance. You will lead the audit process, statutory accounts, taxation and compliance, support annual budgeting and business planning, and provide clear, insightful metrics that guide decision‑making.
Qualifications & Experience
CA/CPA‑qualified finance leader with commercial sharpness and technical excellence. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring high‑performing finance teams, driving operational excellence and elevating organisational financial capability. Strong commercial acumen, forward‑thinking mindset and effective communication. Mature, people‑centric leader who fosters collaboration and breaks down barriers.
