This is an opportunity for a personable and motivated lawyer (2+ years PAE) to join our high-performing commercial transactions team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be ready to take on the day-to-day running of transactions alongside our senior lawyers, for our client base of large privately-owned businesses.
CORE WORK TYPES
* Advising on commercial transactions for medium to large family-owned businesses.
* Working alongside senior lawyers in reviewing and advising on transaction documents.
* Negotiating the terms of transaction documents.
* Assisting in the day-to-day running of transactions and readying transactions for completion.
* Taking a leading role in managing smaller transactions and other commercial work.
* Providing general commercial advice and documentation.
EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES
* Minimum 2 years' post admission experience in commercial law. There is flexibility for the level of seniority in the role, but our team requires someone with the capability to hit the ground running.
* Transactional experience - ideally in commercial transactions, but we'll consider applications from other backgrounds.
* Dedication to high client service delivery.
* Ability to autonomously manage client relationships and files through to conclusion.
