Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
* Contribute to business development and winning new projects
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers
* Oversee project performance including program, quality, and financials
About You
* 10+ years' experience in electrical building services design
* Proven project experience within healthcare or data centres
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
* Demonstrated ability to win work or contribute to business development
* Experience leading or mentoring teams
* Solid understanding of Australian standards and local market
* Full working rights in Australia
