What we are looking for
As the Product Manager, you will lead the product strategy, vision, and delivery roadmap. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to our users and help grow and optimise our global talent marketplace. You will be an integral part of our Product team alongside Designers, Engineers and Data experts, and we will support your development as you grow boldly and ambitiously.
Responsibilities
* Product Management & Delivery: Define the roadmap for global scale-up of recruitment and marketplace strategy; responsible for the delivery of the product vision and its success; drive product discovery for features and initiatives; translate vision into delivery, operation and continuous improvement; monitor and adapt the roadmap while staying true to the product vision.
* Backlog Management: Apply strategic prioritisation of user stories; maintain a prioritised backlog; balance business goals, stakeholder expectations, customer desirability, feasibility, time and budget; represent customer and business decisions during release and sprint planning; identify and prioritise customer feedback.
* Collaboration and Team Management: Work with designers, product leadership, developers and Sales/Marketing to plan releases, create user stories and acceptance tests, develop launch collateral, and implement rollout plans for existing customers.
* Communication: Gather and transparently communicate product requirements to the product squad; explain ideas and project status to stakeholders; present to the organisation, including C-level executives and external partners.
Qualifications
* Undergraduate degree (Business Systems, IT or Engineering preferred).
* At least 5+ years in product management and strategy with a proven track record of launching products.
* 3+ years working with software development teams using agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
* Experience with marketplaces or building supply and demand is highly desirable; interest in building an AI-enabled marketplace for recruitment.
* Strong problem-solving, user-centric design, and cross-functional leadership skills.
* Data-driven with strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities; able to generate insights from qualitative and quantitative data.
* Self-driven, resilient in fast-paced, high-growth environments; able to write well-defined specifications and communicate expected product outcomes.
* Ability to challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement.
* Experience validating ideas and gathering user feedback through various customer research methods.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to align business drivers with product delivery.
