**Position Summary**:

Our Supply Chain team is looking to add an Assistant Buyer Planner to the team for a **12-month contract **opportunity. You will ensure the supply team can meet supply plans, inventory handling and P2P processes for outsourced products. You will work on OMP improvement projects and initiatives to improve processes and reduce Total Delivered Costs. You will work with suppliers and manage relationships and contract management teams.
**A day in the life of...**:
- Complete relevant elements of NPDI projects to meet Gating deadlines
- Provide SAP support for stock movements and goods receipt.
- Provide support for SCCC labels and batch consolidation.
- Perform stocktakes and reconciliation.
- Provide SAP support for users of Nestle at Co-manufacturer sites.
- Provide information and validate outputs for Finance/Centre of Excellence costings
- Conduct annual spend analysis and reporting for outsourced manufacturing
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting when required
**What will make you successful**:
- Excellent communication skills, oral & written
- Initiative and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work autonomously and someone who is proactive
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Computer literate with systems knowledge, especially in SAP is a plus
- Related degree in Business/Supply Chain/Finance/Logistics/Engineering /Science/Food technology is desirable
