Aircraft Maintenance Specialists are required for our Hawk Lead-In Fighter program. These skilled professionals will be responsible for carrying out scheduled servicing and unscheduled maintenance activities across various aircraft platforms.
About the Role
As an Avionics Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, you will carry out maintenance, inspections, and fault diagnosis on avionic systems and components across both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. You will ensure all work is performed using authorised technical data, compliant with regulatory and organisational standards.
Responsibilities
* Carry out maintenance, inspections, and fault diagnosis on avionic systems and components
* Ensure all work is performed using authorised technical data, compliant with regulatory and organisational standards
* Accurately document maintenance activities, meeting certification and reporting requirements within required timeframes
* Action engineering advice, defect reporting, maintenance deficiencies, and publication amendments as directed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an Aircraft Maintenance Trade, i.e. Cert IV Aeroskills – Avionics. You will also require Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Defence Clearance. Additionally, experience or a strong interest in working with Defence Military Aircraft is highly desirable.
