We are looking for a dynamic, people person to join our successful Cellar Door team as a Sales Assistant. No matter where you are at right now, if you have dreamed of a career in the wine industry, we'll deliver the knowledge, training and support you need to start that journey.
What will you work on?
This dynamic, customer focused environment will see you involved in:
* Delivering a premium customer service
* Building and maintaining an expert level of knowledge
* Hosting wine tastings
* Supporting the operation of our cellar door
* Assisting the cellar door to achieve Key Performance Indicators
What you bring:
We are looking for team members who ideally have:
* Some previous sales, retail, hospitality or customer-service experience
* A zeal for delivering a premium service experience
* A passion for learning new things
* A can-do attitude and willingness to get involved
* An energetic demeanour
