Genesis Hyundai is thrilled to announce the opening of our state-of-the-art new dealership in Mountain View, CA We're seeking a talented and experienced Pre-Owned Manager to build and lead our pre-owned vehicle department from the ground up.
What You'll Do
* Oversee all aspects of the pre-owned sales department, including inventory, pricing, merchandising, and customer experience.
* Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic sales team in a brand-new facility.
* Work closely with ownership and management to set sales goals, develop marketing strategies, and ensure exceptional standards.
* Establish processes for trade-in evaluation, reconditioning, and lot presentations.
* Build lasting customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends and source high-quality used inventory for the dealership.
What We're Looking For
* Proven success in pre-owned vehicle management (Hyundai/Genesis experience a plus).
* Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a brand-new team.
* Strong background in sales process, inventory management, and customer service.
* Experience in digital retailing, merchandising, and retention strategies.
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence.
* Enthusiasm for launching a new dealership and creating a winning department culture.
