Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team to achieve sales targets while maintaining a premium service experience
* Inspire, motivate, and develop your team as a culture and performance driver
* Guide styling and visual merchandising to create a luxury retail environment
* Manage daily store operations efficiently and uphold brand standards
* Build strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
Skills & Experience
* Fashion management experience, ideally within premium women\'s fashion
* Presentable, stylish, and approachable with a people-first mindset, to ensure a memorable experience
* Ability to balance team leadership, sales focus, and operational excellence
* Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalised customer experiences
Salary & Benefits
* $65-$75K + superannuation
* Performance-based bonus and additional incentives
* Tuesday - Saturday roster
