We are currently seeking reliable and energetic individuals for the position of Road Sweeper Operator. The successful candidate will work from our depot at Maddington, WA, and travel to other suburban areas as required by our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a current MR license or higher AND a White card. A minimum of 1-3 years truck driving experience is preferred, but if you have no/minimal experience, we are willing to train the right person.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing all required road sweeping duties as scheduled, including general labouring tasks. You will also be expected to ensure that road sweeping work meets the standards of management and the expectations of our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Performing all required road and site sweeping duties as scheduled
* Performing any general labouring duties that may be required
* Ensuring road sweeping work meets the standards of management and the expectations of customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A current MR license or higher AND a White card
* A minimum of 1-3 years truck driving experience (or willingness to be trained)
* Strong practical time management skills
* Ability to use sound map/navigating skills on the road
* Ability to follow instructions and comply with safe work methods
* Ability to work and learn in a team environment and build strong relationships with teammates
