About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Park Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our property in {location}. As a Park Manager, you will be the key to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of park presentation.
* Leading and Developing a Team: You will be responsible for leading a motivated team across housekeeping, maintenance, customer service, and grounds.
* Driving a Positive Team Culture: You will drive a positive team culture with strong service standards and foster an environment that encourages growth and development.
* Financial Management: You will oversee all financial aspects including P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
* Growth and Development: You will work closely with the revenue team and stakeholders to grow business performance.
Requirements
* Demonstrated Experience: You must have demonstrated experience in hospitality or accommodation management.
* Leadership Skills: You must possess strength in team management, training, and culture-building.
* Financial Acumen: You must have solid financial acumen and budgeting capabilities.
* Tech Confidence: You must be tech-confident and proficient in MS Office, with RMS or similar system experience desirable.
