This is a permanent executive leadership role responsible for driving disciplined organisational growth through strategic partnerships, major tenders and the establishment of new funded services. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will lead the Strategic Growth and Strategic Relations portfolios while partnering closely with operations, finance and senior leaders to deliver sustainable growth. This position can be located at any one of GPH's major hubs.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead all major tender and funding submissions, ensuring quality, rigour and on‐time delivery
* Oversee financial modelling, budgets and forecasts supporting growth initiatives
* Guide the mobilisation of new funded services from contract award to delivery
* Build and maintain high‐value partnerships across government and sector stakeholders
* Establish strong project governance, milestones and risk management across growth initiatives
* Provide strategic advice and reporting to the Executive General Manager
* Coach and develop senior leaders to strengthen financial and project discipline
* Influence leaders across the organisation to embed a growth mindset
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, project management or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
* Senior leadership experience in strategy, growth, commercial or complex service environments
* Strong financial capability including budgeting, forecasting and financial oversight
* Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and develop senior leaders
