Responsibilities
* Leading and supervising gardening and maintenance teams on residential, commercial, and strata sites
* Overseeing daily operations, ensuring work quality and safety standards are met
* Assisting with lawn mowing, edging, whipper-snipping, hedge trimming, pruning, planting, and general garden maintenance
* Managing job site organization and tool/equipment coordination
* Providing training and mentorship to junior team members
* Liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns
What We're Looking For
* Significant experience in garden maintenance and landscaping
* Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
* Strong knowledge of gardening techniques and safety protocols
* Physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions
* Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and uphold our company's standards
