Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The Opportunity This is a key role responsible for managing projects end-to-end - from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will oversee hospitality and retail fitout projects in fast-paced environments, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. This position will require travel every two weeks for approximately 4-5 days at a time, depending on project requirements. Flexibility and commitment to travel are essential. Key Responsibilities Full lifecycle project management of hospitality and retail fitouts (up to $10M) Programme management and coordination of subcontractors and trades Cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting Contract administration and procurement Client and consultant liaison Driving programme, quality, and compliance outcomes Ensuring adherence to Australian building standards and safety regulations About You To be considered, you will demonstrate: A degree in Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline Ideally a trade background prior to moving into project management Minimum 5 years' Australian construction experience Proven experience delivering hospitality or retail fitout projects up to $10M Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Willingness and ability to travel interstate every two weeks for 4-5 days Our client is seeking a dependable and hardworking professional who understands the level of commitment required in the construction industry.
