**The Role**
As the **Portfolio Manager **of our** Home **service in the** Toowoomba area, **you will support independent living based on the requirements of the people we support (operating 24 hours per day, 7 days per week). Creating and maintaining a person-centred team environment where employees can identify and solve problems to ensure that the people, we are supporting receive an exceptional level of service. Other duties will include:
- Maintaining knowledge of Endeavour Foundation's full suite of service offerings and implement strategies to identify and maximise opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
- Leading, guiding and supporting six direct reports in the resolution of escalations and concerns from families/carers/advocates
- Developing and retaining a qualified workforce within the Portfolio to ensure teams are committed to person-centric supports, social inclusion, and establishing a professional relationship with individuals
- Build the portfolio as a centre of excellence in the provision of disability accommodation services
- Assist in the collection and reporting of information for the completion of legal instruments, in conjunction with the relevant department/s
- Encourage innovative and integrated approaches to improving the quality of service and streamlining work processes
**What you will bring to the role**:
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the National Standards Disability Services and Quality & Safeguarding Framework or the ability to develop knowledge
- Prior experience managing a diverse workload and team
- Strong leadership skills and experience working in the Disability sector
- Experience managing end-to-end staff performance activities; you will oversee performance reviews, KPI implementation and escalation of ongoing performance issues
- Experience managing the financial performance of a portfolio of sites or services through effective management of funding, billing and operating expenditure in line with budget and strategic aspirations
- A current driver's licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance as local travel will be required
- Certificate III in Disability and/or Individual Support is desirable
**Mandatory requirements**
- A current **Working with Children Check **and **NDIS Worker's Screening Check, **or the willingness to gain these clearances if successful
- A current and valid **Driver's Licence**:
- Willingness to undertake police check
- In line with the direction from the State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as of 15 December 2021. Endeavour Foundation requires all new employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
