Job Title: Environmental Sustainability Specialist
A highly motivated and detail-oriented Environmental Sustainability Specialist is required to support the company's commitment to environmental sustainability and innovation.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or Aquaculture, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills are also essential, as well as physical fitness for fieldwork.
The role involves water resource management across multiple farming and industrial sites, contributing to sustainability initiatives and environmental compliance. This includes:
* Mapping water resources across multiple farms and processing facilities
* Developing engineering water maps detailing sources, flows, usage, and discharge points
* Implementing robust sampling programs and recommending compliance strategies
In addition, the role involves designing and managing water quality projects intersecting farming operations and environmental obligations, building monitoring databases and dashboards for data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Aquaculture, or related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Physical fitness for fieldwork
* Experience with CAD, GIS, data analysis tools, or environmental modeling software (preferred)
* Project experience in water resource management or environmental compliance (preferred)
