Main Responsibilities:
* Resolve contractual disputes
* Be involved in procurement processes
* Prepare documents for subcontractors
* Conduct monthly project reporting
* Monitor and plan financial aspects
* Presentation and preparation of progress claims
* Engage with stakeholders and manage their expectations
* Maintain adherence to safety principles and practices
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in Contracts Administration
* Strong communication skills with management and subcontractors
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Understanding of construction practices and processes
* Experience in writing detailed scopes of work
* Familiarity with Queensland construction legislation
* Awareness of environmental management principles
* Experience in negotiating head contracts and subcontracts
