As an ERP System Specialist at TechnologyOne you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the way we serve our internal business‐unit customers as we continue to grow and evolve as a top 50 ASX listed company.
Working as part of our IT and AI Enablement team within Corporate Services, you'll streamline and simplify internal business processes while helping shape how intelligent/AI technology and smart process design come together to deliver a best‐in‐class employee experience.
Our team sits at the intersection of every internal function across the business—from Finance and HR to Sales and Delivery. You'll use our own TechnologyOne platform and its integrations with other key information systems, while being part of a team that's actively exploring how AI can amplify what great ERP foundations make possible.

What you'll be doing
* Determine requirements, estimate time for design, configuration, and testing of work requests.
* Configure systems, integrations, workflows, and reports based on business needs.
* Support business teams in documenting system usage and identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Provide support to business teams by diagnosing and resolving system‐related issues.
* Monitor performance and reliability of systems and address incidents with internal teams.
* Perform regular reviews to ensure effective system operations and security.
* Respond promptly to system issues, including off‐hours support when needed.
* Manage reviews, testing, and acceptance of major system upgrades (bi‐annual releases) providing hyper‐care support.
* Provide user training and communication with business teams as required.
* Drive continuous improvements, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
* Degree qualification in information systems or a relevant field.
* Experience in supporting and configuring enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
* Proficient in Advanced Excel, BI tools, ETL, SQL.
* Familiarity with integration using Web Services or other middleware.
* Working knowledge of corporate business processes, such as HR, Consulting, Sales, Finance, and IT.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience with XLOne, Crystal Reports, Workflow.
* Knowledge of TechnologyOne software is highly desirable.
* Understanding of ITIL, information security, and privacy best practices.
* Experience in agile project implementation, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
* Proficiency in using Jira is highly desirable.
* Knowledge and use of standard project management/tracking tools would be desirable for task management and project delivery.
