About the role
Have a passion for cycling? MAAP is expanding its customer service team, and we're looking for an eCommerce Customer Service Coordinator with a genuine passion for cycling and cycling apparel. You will be an integral part of the Customer Service Team, under the guidance of our Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on customer service activities that support the sale of MAAP merchandise directly to online and retail customers and our wholesale retailers. We reduce the effort and friction at every step of the process for our community of riders, and for our colleagues MAAP who depend on our rapid and accurate service delivery
What you\'ll do
* Manage customer support tickets across email, chat, phone and social channels
* Resolve shipping issues and finance discrepancies relating to eCommerce orders
* Support warranty assessments, returns and crash replacement enquiries
* Assist with staff orders and internal customer service requests
* Provide product information and order support to both B2C and wholesale customers
* Work closely with eCommerce, Operations and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and the lowest effort for customers.
What we\'re looking for
* A passionate cyclist who understand the importance of the right clothing
* 2+ years' experience in customer service, retail, eCommerce or sales support
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, who has good judgement and is capable of making decisions when empowered to do so.
Location
The position is principally based at MAAP HQ in Port Melbourne, with one day a week working from home.
