The Admin Assistant is part of the wider Operations and Construction department and reports to the Project Delivery Manager. The key focus of this role is to provide efficient and accurate administration support and cover reception relief. More specifically, you will:
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Support the Operations teams with administrative tasks including managing all form 21s and relevant certificates required for building completion
* Manage all reports ordering with external contractors
* Document management (accurate and timely scanning/photocopying and filing)
* Workflow co-ordination
* Support the receptionist by being a relief receptionist during lunch and other breaks
