We are expanding our insurance services in Victoria and seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our team. As a key player in our insurance division, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
Your primary focus will be on:
* Managing a portfolio of Rural, Agri, SME, and Commercial clients
* Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve growth targets
* Negotiating with underwriting partners to secure the best outcomes for clients
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A recognized Tier 1 broking qualification
* Sales acumen and ability to build a sales pipeline
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
* Strong general insurance technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
You will thrive in a collaborative environment but also work autonomously. You will enjoy the varied nature of your work, spending most of your time meeting with clients or prospective clients, rather than in the office.
