Myndshift Group has been engaged by our client partner, a leading Mining & Civil Contracting business, to recruit
2 X Maintenance Supervisors
to support their newly awarded Rehab & Crushing projects in Central Queensland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic mining environment and is ready to guide a small, high-performing crew.
About the Role
Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will oversee all maintenance activities for both mobile plant and fixed plant equipment. You'll lead a small team of trades to deliver safe, efficient and reliable maintenance outcomes on a 7/7 Dayshift Only roster.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and coordinate a small crew of trades on site
Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance for mobile and fixed plant
Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality and site standards
Assist with scheduling, work allocation and daily reporting
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Foster a positive safety culture and strong team performance
What We're Looking For
Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in mining
Strong background in mobile plant and fixed plant maintenance
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality work
Candidates with a current Coal Board Medical, Standard 11 and S123 & G2
