Deputy Principal Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and visionary leader to join our leadership team as Deputy Principal.

* As Deputy Principal, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our school community, driving excellence in teaching and learning, and fostering positive relationships between students, staff, and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Developing and articulating a shared educational vision focused on achieving quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Upholding the deputy principalship as an ethical, moral, and values-driven role, embedding socially just and inclusive practices across all aspects of school life.
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth among staff, while maintaining high standards for student achievement and staff performance.
* Building strong partnerships with parents, community organisations, industry partners, and government agencies to enhance student learning and wellbeing.
* Taking a future-focused approach to leadership, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies while managing people, finances, and facilities to achieve school goals.

Education and Training
