About the Role:

We're on the lookout for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Bar Staff and Bar Supervisors to join our crew at STRUMMINGBIRD FESTIVAL IN W.A. on 2nd November '25 & SPILT MILK IN W.A. on 7th December 2025
This is your chance to be part of the action at these two amazing events— slinging drinks, working in a buzzing festival atmosphere, and helping us deliver an unforgettable experience for thousands of music lovers.
Whether you're on the counter serving, mixing drinks, or leading the team as a Supervisor, you'll be right in the thick of the good times — all while getting paid to be part of it.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and responsibly
* Providing excellent customer service with a smile
* Maintaining a clean, safe and fun bar environment
* Supporting your team and staying cool under pressure
* (For Supervisors) Leading a bar team, managing workflow, and upholding service and RSA standards
What We're Looking For:
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and great team energy
* RSA certification (valid in WA) for Supervisors (Approved Managers card)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* AVAILABILITY:-
* Strummingbird 2nd November '25
* Spilt Milk 7th December '25
* Must be 18+
* Previous bar experience is great — but if you've got the right vibe, we want to hear from you
