As a Virtual Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing Broker Partnerships' market position within existing networks. You will manage broker portfolios, increase engagement by converting dormant brokers into active supporters, and identify future business opportunities including channels and alliances. Effective communication of product requirements and compliance to process and procedures are also key responsibilities.
You will also engage newly accredited brokers, convert 'Suspended' brokers into 'New', provide leave coverage for other Partnership managers, and plan territory management. Additionally, you will work with broker partners to reduce mortgage process re-work and contribute to the success of the broker business by providing quality communications and required knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years' experience in the financial services industry
* Previous experience and success in business development, sales or partnership management capacity
* Strong knowledge/experience in 3rd Party mortgage broker market (preferred)
* B2B experience (preferred)
* Accessible, knowledgeable and empathetic with a strong client focus
* High level communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
* Multi-tasking and handling large amounts of workload while remaining responsive
* Proven stakeholder management skills (internal/external) with the ability to develop and maintain relationships and influence effectively
* Innovative approach to improving processes and problem solving
* 'One team' mentality to collaborate and support peers within the team and wider business
