We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Blacktown Concept Store in NSW on a PART‐TIME basis. This means fixed weekly days/hours including select weekdays and weekend days. Responsibilities include assisting the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in:
* Achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
* Role modeling our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
* Represent the adidas brand, company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
* Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising standards and adequate shop floor replenishment.
* Training and coaching team to fine‐tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
* Coordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock‐to‐floor process.
* Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
* Retail Team Leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
* Visual Merchandising
* Stockroom Procedures
