A leading OEM is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Service Coordinator to join their team in the Emerald branch.
Key Responsibilities
This role entails providing technical guidance and leadership to field service technicians for the Greater Emerald region. The successful candidate will report to the Service Supervisor and be responsible for:
* Ensuring field service employees comply with all occupational health and safety responsibilities and maintain a safety-first culture.
* Mentoring and guiding the team to improve performance and efficiencies.
* Providing technical guidance and support to field service team members.
* Supervising time sheet accuracy and sub-contract documentation.
* Providing timely and accurate quotations for field service activities.
* Supporting existing customers through strong communication and proactive issue resolution.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience in a similar position with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
* A strong ability to navigate complex issues and achieve success.
* Attention to detail in documenting and follow-up.
* A Safety First leadership style.
* A strong technical understanding of earthmoving equipment or relevant trade qualifications.
