Menora Residential Aged Care | Menora Gardens | Bolton Clarke About The Opportunity As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Administration Officer, our hardworking team and the wonderful residents and their families with the day to day running of our busy aged care home. With no two days the same, your duties will expand across multiple functions including Occupancy, Compliance, Recruitment, Rostering as well as reception relief. The current opportunity is a PPT role 3 days a week (22.5 hours a week) to assist with leave coverage, set days to be discussed with successful applicant. To be successful, you will have Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc) Complete a NDIS workers check and/or Police check Experience in Administration (aged care or healthcare desirable) Experience in rostering (aged care or healthcare desirable) Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use and learn various systems e.g., quality management system, databases and Admission Systems Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff Strong organisational skills to manage and prioritise multiple tasks Strong passion for working with the elderly and dedication to professional growth Come and work for an organisation committed to resident respect and dignity, where you will receive a competitive salary and benefits.
