Job Overview:
As a pharmaceutical sales professional, you will engage with target prescribers and deliver clinically focused sales messages to introduce, launch, and grow business. You will execute tactical strategies in accordance with company direction to drive sales at the individual, regional, and company levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with key opinion leaders within assigned geographical territory to promote product awareness.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to meet product sales goals.
* Deliver tailored presentations to showcase product benefits and features.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product(s) and therapeutic information.
* Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills.
* Attend and contribute to meetings, teleconferences, and live events.
* Represent the company at national and local conventions as required.
Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, required.
* Minimum 2-4 years of pharmaceutical or relevant medical sales experience, required.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance goals.
* Consultative selling experience.
* Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
* Ability to analyze data to inform sales strategies.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Additional Information:
* Travel: ability to travel as necessary, including potential overnight/weekend travel.
