We typically operate as a catalyst between senior management and operational teams on topics covering operational strategy, organisation & business transformation and operational excellence.
We are looking for consultants to join us in our entrepreneurial adventure.
Your role
- Conduct research to identify our client's critical issues, bringing insights from CYLAD's well developed methodologies and benchmarks.
- Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to extract insights, leveraging CYLAD's smart data and analytics capability.
- Foster deep and trusting relationships with our clients, supporting them with problem solving, developing improvement initiatives and accelerating implementation.
- Contribute to structuring and writing reports, presentations and proposals.
- Contribute to internal processes such as Business Development, Marketing, Recruitment, Knowledge Management and Training.

Your profile and personality
- Above-average performance in a relevant degree (e.g., Engineering, MBA).
- Strong analytical skills and capable of solving complex problems.
- Enthusiastic about working in teams and a willingness to travel between Australian cities and regions.
- A curious mind with a strong desire to learn.
- Driven to go above and beyond expectations.
- Proficient in English.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
